History

Origin

A bounty hunter was inspired by the legendary Australian criminal Ned Kelly and fashioned himself a crude set of body armor. Armed with rocket-propelled grenade launchers and swords, Swagman became an enemy of the Ranger. In Alfred Pennyworth's "The Knights of Tomorrow!", Swagman appears as an enemy of the second Batman and Robin.
