Origin
Skeleton Keyes is a member of Babyface's gang. Keyes' utilizes his deformed fingers as keys to break any lock and infiltrate any building. Keyes was part of Babyface's robbery of a First National Bank in Gotham City. During a battle against Batman and Plastic Man, he wore electrified knuckles. Keyes was rendered unconscious by Plastic Man.
He and the rest of the gang were recently freed from Blackgate Prison by Babyface and Mrs. Manface. In the final battle, the gang was defeated and re-arrested.
