Probably the most unique version of Robin, Rubin is an awkwardly lanky sidekick of Bat Boy. Together, they fight crime in Cosmopolis City. During a rash of mysterious murders, Rubin discovered Bat Boy was the culprit. He was knocked out and drained of blood by Bat Boy, who was a vampire.
His voice appears to have been patterned after classic comedian Jerry Lewis, who was once, like Batman, a Filmation cartoon, as well as actually appearing with Batman & Robin in a non-canon 1960's issue of his own DC Comic book.
Rubin was also a Jewish caricature.
