Evil Under the Sea!

From Greek mythology, Pandora's Box is said to contain the evils of the world-ills, toils, and sickness-followed by hope. Fashioned from clay, it is supposed to be an inescapable prison. Pandora was created as a form of punishment on mankind from the Greek gods. She was given a large jar and instructed by Zeus to keep it closed, but she had also been given the gift of curiosity, and soon opened it. When she opened it, all of the evils, ills, diseases, and burdensome labor that mankind had not known previously, escaped from the jar, but the one thing that was good that came out of the jar was hope. She closed it and the Box was lost from the annals of history.

Evil Under the Sea![]

Centuries later, Felix Faust sought to reopen Pandora's Box and harness the power of evil still residing in it. With a ancient book of spells, he succeeded in locating and opening it. All that could seen was a creature with multiple eyes and tentacles. However, Batman and the Atom (Ryan Choi) intervened and tricked him into destroying the book. With the book in flames, Faust was unable to keep the Box open and it resealed.
