Mind Stealer was an enemy of the Doom Patrol.

Origin[]
The Yaramishi Rama Yogi was a mystic guru whose original aim was to undo the Chief's rehabilitation of Madame Rouge. He stationed himself at the penthouse suite of the Continental Hotel. In order to distract the rest of the Doom Patrol, he turned Robotman into a pacifist. The team investigated Yogi and learned he was descended from a small and very early division from the mainstream of Tibetan culture. This in turn lured Elastigirl and Negative Man into a trap, implant their mind with a hypnotic signal, and when triggered, would fill their minds with fear. The Doom Patrol was able to overcome their hypnosis but not before Mind Stealer stole the Jade Dragon and Madame Rouge escaped the Chief's custody and became a supervillain. He was sent on behalf of the Brotherhood of Evil and vanished in a cloud of smoke when his mission was complete.
