Metropolis is looked one of the largest, advanced, warmer, cleaner, and wealthier cities in America. The current politician in charge is Mayor Swan. Metropolis is home to the newspaper Daily Planet. The most well-known superhuman resident of the city is Superman. He has since protected the city from organized crime, super villains, extra-dimensional menaces, and alien invasions.
