History
Origin
Louie the Lilac deals in illegal perfume and was fond of man-eating lilac flowers. Dressed in a formal purple suit, Louie the Lilac's bowler hat is adorned with a lilac. He tried to control the minds of Gotham City until Batman, Robin, and Batgirl intervened. Louie was recently imprisoned at Iron Heights. After a failed riot, he later escaped just in time to attend Gotham's annual summit of mob families. He was taken back to Blackgate Prison then later to Iron Heights. He later resurfaced as part of Matches Malone's empire.
