Chief Clancy O'Hara is a career police officer with the Gotham City Police Department who rose up the ranks to police chief with hard work and dedication. He is married and is an aide and friend of Commissioner Gordon. O'Hara follows Gordon's and Batman's requests without question but tends to be easily frustrated with puzzle crimes.
