Bialya is a country located between the Middle East and Africa. It is infamous for its anti-American stance and is currently under economic sanction by the international community for its ongoing proliferation of nuclear weapons.
Bialya became the target of the Brain's world conquest. He took control of Chemo, guided him to Bialya to swallow an warhead from a coastal testing site and become a walking time bomb. Unless, he was given control of Bialya, The Brain would allow the warhead to detonate. Fortunately, Batman, the Atom (Ryan Choi), and Aquaman prevented his take over.
