In Green Arrow's adopted base of operations, Star City, the local police department has their own searchlight to summon Green Arrow for help with a crime. Dubbed the Arrow Signal, it appears a giant green arrow in the sky. While on vacation, Aquaman sighted the signal and hurried into the city to help his ally stop the Clock King.
